Service is spotty. Some staff are helpful, others look like they are just waiting to punch out. It's best to navigate on your on, know what to buy and where to look, chances are it is there. Of course the staff helps you make the final decision. They have a rewards card but it's it so clear what it gives back to you unlike the SM Advantage card which they also honor. They have a customer service desk that's helpful.
