Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital

Not really recommended to go here. I went in to have my flu like symptoms checked and because of COVID, I had to go to the emergency room. They did some test (xray, blood test and covid swab test). Up to here was quite okay, but they made us wait for more than 4 hours. Honestly, I felt sicker going out of this hospital than going in. Test results would also have to be picked up after a few days, which means you are either dead (over exaggeration) or almost cured of your sickness. There's also no online platform to claim test result which I think si important considering the times we are in.

This is a horrible hospital. My mother was brought here as we suspect she had a stroke. In the emergency room, they said we needed to put her in the icu and pay 50 thou up front even without the proper diagnosis. Then we decided to do so, but to our unbelievable surprise, we were told there is no icu available. Even in her uncertain condition at that time, they discharged her without any help to transfer and referral to other hospitals which is their moral obligation. We had to navigate numerous hospitals up to the early hours of the morning while my mother was in an ambulance to find one that could accommodate her. She is now in a proper outstanding hospital and their diagnosis proved Lourdes Hospital's ER diagnosis totally wrong! Moral of the story, there are numerous hospital with more credibility and compassion than this hospital you can send your sick relatives to. This hospital is like a leech sucking the lifeline out of your pockets! And the least to say, If I'm able to not put even a single star rating on this horrible institution, I would as they don't even deserve even a single one at all!

Very poor service and slow procedure. They let the patients wait at the parking garage while waiting for the doctor's call. It's as if the doctors have no waiting area. Very unprofessional. Been to 3 hospitals prior to this but this is by far the worst.

MY BROTHER DIED IN THIS HOSPITAL, WITHOUT US KNOWING IF HE IS COVID POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE.HE STAYED THERE FOR 4 DAYS STILL WE GOT NOTHING. WHEN IT COMES TO OUR BILL THEY ARE SUPER FAST AND THEY KEEP UPDATING US BUT WHEN IT COMES TO THE PATIENT WHEN ASKED, THEY KEEP POINTING OUT EACH OTHER AND PASS US TO ONE NURSE AND ANOTHER AND STILL GOT NOTHING. EVEN THE MEDICAL ABSTRACT THEY SUBMITTED IS INCOMPLETE THEY DIDNT EVEN STATED EVERY PROCEDURE STATED. SLOW SERVICE AND INCOMPETENT. SUPER EXPENSIVE HOSPITAL AND AT THE SAME TIME VERY POOR QUALITY CARE SERVICES. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. SUCH DISAPPOINTMENT.

Lourdes is now no more than just an empty husk of the Hospital that I lovingly grew up in. You'd think that having a corporation take over would greatly improve a Hospital's standards, but there's barely any signs of progress here. Room rates have rocketed. The cheapest private rooms now cost almost triple the price with arguably less comfort: smaller TV's, cheap curtains, no more phones, ancient AC units, pungent comfort rooms, and you even have to bring your own towels now. She sure used to be one of the best Hospitals, value wise, but whoever took over here turned her into a pitiful cash cow. God I'll miss the sisters' management.
