The Orange Place Hotel

This hotel was still up on Agoda.com accepting bookings during the 2nd quarantine (ECQ) in Manila during early August 2020, but when I went there, the doors had signs saying that they were closed. Guard said they had been closed indefinitely. I needed to email Agoda 2x just to convince them to give me back my payment. Good thing I could present proof after having taken a picture of the "Closed" sign at the door. What lousy customer service. The place is a converted old house too, so don't expect much. It's just a room to crash in, as I read other Agoda reviews online.

Very accomodating place

A bit old. Only recommended for an overnight stay. Accessible going to greenhills

My review about this place is attached as photo below just read it. But I tell you, if you are looking for a place to stay in San Juan or near greenhills, this is the play. Cheap, value for money, clean room and comfortable bed and pillows. I will surely come back!

I would give 5 stars to the helpful employees. Although the deco was nice at one time but no maintenance makes it not comfortable for those who seek total relaxation. Wifi is only at the lobby. For those who love to read, there is a beautiful reading area for you. I just wish they do lots of house keeping and maintenance. I totally suggest the hotel, if maintenance is done because it actually is a beautiful hotel. Price is reasonable.
