Food was meh. Visited post dinner so we ordered nachos and fries. Nachos needed a lot more toppings, and the fries were too salty for my taste, although I have to say the crisp factor of the fries may be rated a 4/5. Store hours were supposedly until 2am on a Friday night BUT a few minutes before 1:30 am the system was locked, our song suddenly ended and we couldn't control the machine anymore. Boo. This happened without warning. As for the songs - were way outdated! And, could use a little more organizing - like names of the same artist were on different parts of the list, plus would it be so hard to indicate if the song was an MTV or the karaoke piece? Restroom was poorly maintained. Both cubicles in the girls restroom had no locks anymore. Nobody seemed to be checking if there was tissue or if the trash bin was full. The only thing that I liked about this place was room size - very spacious rooms! We went in for a party of 7, but the room they gave us could fit 20 more people. Acoustics could be improved, you could hear everyone singing from the outside of their rooms. The microphone was positional - you had to hold it in an angle so it could register your voice properly. Value for money is on the average - 88 pesos/head/hr with service charge or room packages at 3800 pesos for 3 hours inclusive of food and/or drinks. Local beers at 70 pesos/bottle, you do the math 😄

I used to love staying here everyweek night time... Not until tonight... Seriously?? This is the worst night ever! Tried pushin the service button alot of times and I SHOULD BE THE ONE TO GO OUT TO THE CASHIER AND ASK FOR ORDERS AND MENU! very very very poor service tonight!! Come to think of it all the rooms are not even taken for ur staff to be fully loaded ... Not going back if ur cashier will still be the same girl tonight plus the staff... Where are the old staff they are much more better... And do ktv greenhills allowed ur cashier to make faces?! Yea dont think so! 😡

Can't give full five because I didn't try the food (my friends seemed to like it, I think), but it was fun here.
