Always love their Roasted duck, Char Siu, Soy Chicken, White Chicken and Lechon Macaw

I asked them if there’s any way to recook the roasted duck because I’m pregnant and I can’t eat meat with blood still on them. So after a few minutes they returned the roasted duck basted with soy sauce on it, the blood not so noticeable because of the soy sauce. Kind of disappointing to eat it after seeing that. Better be safe than sorry.

8 Treasures Roasting offers a wide array of HK roasts which include lechon macau, charsiu pork, roast duck, soy chicken and even roast goose. We only got to try their charsiu pork and roast duck as their lechon macau was already sold out that night. Roast duck was ok but charsiu pork was a bit disappointing - meat was quite tough and lacking in flavor. But they’re still on their soft opening so hope they can further improve food quality. Place is well-lit and decorated. They also have long tables perfect for group dining. Parking’s also not a problem as it’s located within Santolan Town Plaza which has ample slots.
