Poor and small room and expensive

My mom got a peanut gel from them three weeks ago and when we went to the shop today, we initially thought that we would get served soon since they didn't say it was long before we were served so we stayed for like an hour or more just for servicing. When my mom told me, she thought the gel would be free of charge since she would also clean it but when we paid for it we didn't know that you would pay for that in the store we usually go to because it was a service you didn't. just date.
