I go only once a year, for my car's PMS, and that's a good thing :-). I wish the service advisors update their clients when they transfer branches. Paul, my new advisor, was very pleasant, hope he maintains his good customer dealings. They should light up the place a bit at night, for clients to know they've a guard on site to take in cars for service.
