Possibly good as a sales point, useless as a service center. They keep no stock of anything, not even wiper blades or batteries, alignment machine is not working and they point you to the small shop around the corner for that kind of service. Diagnostics take forever, as they seem unable to use the software all Mercedes Benz dealers should have, which they do, in any serious location I've used before, in Europe and Brazil. Unable to give deadlines less vague than "maybe a month sir...". Totally not recommended.
