Poor customer service! They have "protocol" according to them that their riders cannot go up to bldgs if you order over-the-phone or online. I ordered via Viber and they did not mention at the beginning of the transaction that their riders are not allowed to go up, they mentioned it an hour later. I don't have a choice since I already paid for it using Gcash.

Bad Service. Attendant assigned at the Pharmacy Area counter at the farthest right, was a rude guy who doesn't even know how to read a simple Prescription paper from the doctor. Items and number needed were already indicated there and yet he kept on asking questions. He was not even polite. Seemed like he doesn't like his work, very disappointing considering the pharmacy was located at BGC. The cashier assigned in the Pharmacy Area was also very slow in doing all the transaction.

Very accessible.

Place is clean and staff are attentive and courteous.
