Some Staff in emergency, loves to chitchat while inserting an iv, and they inserted the needle wrong and pass you to someone else who can. No professionalism. Not focus on work. Some doctors, prefer their outside work schedules and they dont show timely concern for their patients situation. I use to go here since its convinient, but due their staff and doctor's attitude, i think its more of a hassle and a waste of time.

Very clean. The best lab techs! Dr. Louie Lantana is a very good surgeon. He performed an appendectomy and gall blader surgery on 2 of my loved ones. Such a deft surgeon!

Hi! I went to this hospital on the evening of December 27 2020 and I told them I had the Covid symptoms, high fever and was always tired and explained it that has been happening for 5 days already but they did not admitted me or even tried to make more exams. They have said " Go home, if the fever persists for 3 days comeback" I was shocked because i was feeling really bad with cough also. I had to go to St. Luke's Medical Center in Global City then they have proceeded with the PCR and X Ray. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and then COVID. That's an absurd what happened on this triage. Before you go to this clinic make sure you're already dying otherwise they will not admit you. Stay safe.

I have been consulting my endocrinologist for more than 2 years at this hospital. I appreciate the attentive and patient HMO office staff and laboratory personnel who assist me during my visits. Best to call first to inquire if they have the medical equipment using the hotline before making the trip, they have most of the basic machines, but being a new hospital, may not have the more specialized equipment.

This hospital is the worst. I had my COVID swab test on July 9 and it’s been 6 days but they still haven’t released the results. I have been calling them for updates but they are not responding, at all. They do not care about their patients. Do not go to this hospital. Take your money elsewhere.
