I was advised that my headache consultation is not accredited by medcard thats why I was forced to pay 500 pesos for minute of consultation my confusion made me called medcard for verification since I just used my card for the same issue found out that it is pre approved by medcard ...wow that is just what I can say a big WOW

The nurses are very accomodating and looks professional. I just don't like how old the facilities are and how it looks worse than the public hospital. Plus there's mosquitoes flying around that makes you very uneasy to sleep.

My wife had our baby there. I would rate higher if this hospital had a working lift and credit card facilities to pay their invoices. Foreigners are not able to come up with 80,000p in cash because there are daily atm limits on withdrawals, so it was an unnecessary chore to wrangle coming up with the money before my family was allowed out of the hospital. Would also like to see the peeling paint on the walls repaired. However much cheaper option than Medical City.

terrible service. very unsanitary surroundings. for a private facility this is the hottest I've ever been to. PRIVATE is even a shame for them. they have lower class in other hospitals it is okay for you to just go to public hospitals than here very insensitive of staff and careless of the patient. nakakagigil na youre not getting the worth of the money you paid for. I dont really recommend this place EVER. DO NOT GO HERE ANYMORE.

The service is not good. I was ahead of the others who did the checkup but it was afternoon when the doctor looked at me. The nurses also did not respond to my requests. They just pass me by because I don't have a healthcard. I will never come back here. Their staff is super unprofessional. Considering that I have a fever and my whole body hurts, they don't even help me. I begged them but they did not use it. Suuuuuuuper disapointed.
