very good staff taking care for my dogs, they love this place!!!

My pooch always leaves this place happy and looking good! The staff is super friendly and takes great care of all their customers. Totally recommending this place.

Our purpose of visiting hopefully is to pet the pet, I called before we went, so they said 1st come 1st serve, and there is a groomer available. I said go ahead and go there we are in the opposite sm aura, in a span of 5-10 minutes we arrived and when we arrived there there were 3 in line but we did not reach even a pet owner. The flash is probably their customer with pets the speed to leave and leave. Aside from that, the groomer is the immediate concern, make sure he doesn't lift, we said that there is no history of our pet being bitten (she's a chow by the way). Then they asked if there were any knots, because the haircut could not be fixed when there were knots. Are your groomers licensed? They are supposed to know how to handle different kinds of dogs and their furr condition right?
