I ordered at 2:30pm, agreed with CS for 2 hours waiting time. After 2 hours, I did followed up. CS told me that this branch didn’t answer CS’ calls. At 2.5hours waiting, I decided to call again to cancel the order (still the branch is not responding). After 3 hours, the delivery came and he didn’t know it was cancelled already. If this matter won’t get resolved, in the matter of time this store will be close as you will be losing lots of customers. In the end, I ordered at their competitor (S&R) just to satisfy my pizza craving which was delivered in 30mins.

I ordered from Grab. My Mom told me their pizza was good. First time I ever tasted Angel's Pizza and they left a good impression.

My husband avail their promo coupon...at first they delivered in time..not until today...we order at exactly 1pm hoping that we can eat pizza for merienda...we are calling for almost an hour...so many numbers...so disapointing it is alrrady 7:57 pm but no pizza delivery man shows...
