My flight back to Sydney was cancelled on 27 Feb 2020 so I took the option to re-book (next available was only in May 2020). My flight has since been cancelled 3 times and each time I have taken the option to re-book. Now my latest flight (due to fly 29 March 2021) has been cancelled but when I select the option to re-book there are no flights available. How/when can I get home to my family and friends?

Agent does not know how to multi-task. Very slow. Not friendly. I only have a quick question but was told to wait in line.

Nothing you can do here that you can't do online. Can't do much to manage or change your bookings. The best they can offer is their landline phone to call customer service call centers that are too busy to pick up.
