They are very easy to transact with. Visa processing with them is faster than expected.

Very poor experience while applying for Visa.. the application form in the website was outdated.. requirements posted on their website contradicts to what they ask when you face them. very arogant personnel (I think it's the supervisor).. Scribbled to, they say, invalid documents and made it void which they dont have to..

Not really helpful and friendly. They don’t care if ma approve visa or not. They just accept applications without giving advices to get a better chance to get the visa.
