Line is busy and I need an update with my dog please. Can someone contact me on the number provided on your form? Thank you so much other than that everything is great! I am just worried about my dogs and her puppies hope the CS operation went well.
Regular customer. Happy with the service. Doc Kert always ensures my furbaby's health is not at risk.

Okay 7600 thanks for the discount.
Not sure if they're just after the sales or they are really concern about the well being of your pet. Didn't had a very nice experience with this clinic. I lost my furbaby because of their incompetence. They were at least kind to approach you, but I'm not even sure if that kindness was even real.
Waste of time. Staff may seem nice, but rude when there’s a complaint. I don’t think the vets are competent. After talking with them, it seems like my companion animal may die after teeth cleaning. Not very comforting. The dog is not even sick. Without any explanation of the procedure details, negative consequences, actual risks involved, alternatives, or possible outcome, they expect you to just sign the generic consent form that releases them from ANY accountability if anything happens to your fur baby.
Go here at your own risk. Overall, I won’t trust them with my companion animal. I found a more professional vet instead.
Edit (Response to the business owner):
Please stop lying. I refused to sign your consent form right off the bat. I asked questions that your staff cannot answer. The answer you gave is that a laboratory test will be conducted to check if the patient's health is normal, but it is a generic consent form for all procedures that I need to sign. I told you I find your agreement form unreasonable because if something happens to my companion animal, even if it's just teeth cleaning, you are not accountable. I told you I refuse to sign if that clause is there. You told me to wait, and I did.
Without my knowledge, they already did the blood work (not sure who as I did not see it from the cashier, the dog was at the lobby with the guy who seems to be a kind assistant, unlike the ladies at the cashier). After a long wait, one of your vets talked to me in private to explain the consent form and that if I refuse to sign, I can take my fur baby elsewhere, but they already did the lab test, so I need to pay and look for another vet.
As you said in verbatim, "If our client does not agree with our protocol, we simply cancel the appointment." I already told you the form seems unfair to me, and that I don't feel comfortable signing unless you are open to a more reasonable agreement. Why did you still do a blood test? For sales? Why make us wait? I could have used that time driving to another vet, but no, you had to make us wait until the other clinics are already closed. You know for a fact that the dog already fasted as per your instruction. The dog did not eat or drink for at least 12 hours. Why make us wait if I already made myself clear that I will not sign your unfair consent form? It is not about money. You don't care about my companion animal, something that made me disappointed as a fur parent. I was astounded that you made us wait for nothing while you know that the dog is hungry and thirsty because of not eating or drinking for the fasting. Her fasting was for nothing because we can't transfer to another clinic that day due to the time spent waiting. Please stop fabricating. You only explained things after conducting the blood test without my consent. Any reasonable person can see right through you.
