Mount Sinai have many Doctors, they were so accommodating. Knew what they were doing expert in handling cases.

They now have an efficient online appointment system which lessens the waiting time compared to before when it was first come first served. Their online system allows you to input the reason for the visit and all the pet details which speeds up the consultation process.

I love how they treat my cat when I admitted it to their clinic. The Doctor keeps me updated by sending videos and pictures of my beloved cat... Plus their lab result is fast and the vet explained it well what are needed to be done depends on my cat's situation.

Very professional! Vets are so accommodating Staff are well trained and courteous.

Very attentive and caring staff. Also good protocols during covid.
