Octagon Computer Superstore-Baliwag Branch

I am very disappointed. I bought a laptop and paid in full. I tested it during the weekdays and noticed that the touchpad fails from time to time. Battery gets discharge easily. I went to Octagon and informed them of what happened, at first they were hesitant to process a replacement but later on they agreed however there is no available laptop of same model during that time so they asked me to wait for their update it's almost weekend again and I haven't heard from them still. Just chatters no customer connection. Sucks!!!!

Forgive me in term. But it's really worthless for employees. Just a chatter. They do not tend to their customers. I'm asking if a good mouse is soft, no one is there. Are they paying for a stand? Hopefully the employees will be replaced there or Octagon itself.

The Octagon in SM Baliwag is one of the only non-customer friendly hotels ... The customer service is worthless ... as well as a female cashier while my customer does nothing but just grab my ... no money ...
