Two Seasons Coron Bayside Hotel

Poor customer service and scammers. Beware of this hotel. All they want is to take advantage of people and get your money. They are fast to accomodate your booking but very slow to no response when you try to contact them for emergencies and modifications. Choose a better accommodation in Coron than these money-grubbing people.

A really good short stay here. The pool was perfect, the cocktails were good, the staff really helpful. Quick and easy to get into town if you wanted. Breakfast was good enough without being amazing. Would definitely stay again.

I’d say a 5star hotel with very little number of rooms, providing good service. One down thing is that it kinda smell on the ground floor. Figured it might be coming from the shore. Other than that, everything is good! Room is clean and big, staff is friendly, delicious breakfast, and the welcome drink is just perfect!

Nice location, out of the thick of it by a 5-10 min tricycle, and a nice piece of luxury away from Coron town. They should be more careful about entering the room though, we were in the room getting changed and a member of staff just walked in without knocking which wasn't cool. Also there were quite a few ants in the sink (we were on second floor) Also it would be good if they were a bit more helpful in terms of booking tours/ laundry and scooters. Our other hotels had partners and arranged these right away, our only advise frm Two Seasons was to take a trike into town to check. However concierge introduced us to a tricycle driver who had a friend with a boat and it ended up being the best decision we made in Coron as they were incredible and gave us an amazing tour.

If you are still deciding between two seasons amongst your other options, please let me assure you you will not regret choosing this hotel. Their staff service was impeccable and out of this world, everyone went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and well treated. From the moment we reached the airport till we checked out, we were like babies in their care. The service was the wow factor. The 1for1 happy hour at the hotel bar, and the infinity pool, was a bonus too. We went for happy hour every day! I used the gym too and the view is spectacular. I really wish everyone can experience a stay with this hotel. Save your time comparing!
