Seafront Bay Inn

Very friendly Hotel. Nice rooms and breakfast is Good too. the whole family works there and everyone does their best. The Hotel is Not near the sea, Its on the sea. Really cool.

This place was awful, down a dirty track. The walls are made of weaved material. You could here the people breath, snore etc in the next room. It felt like you were sharing the same room. Everywhere around was really noisy. The large double bed was not much bigger than I single bed. I did not sleep at all. This inn was about £31 a night, should be about £10. We moved hotel, the owners wife was very rude and would not refund any money for the next 3 nights. Booking. Com gave no support. The hotel we moved to was quite luxurious with a pool for £35 a night. Do not book here

Do not stay here. We left immediately after we saw our room. There were bugs/ants all over the floors, dead bugs on our pillows and blankets. The stairs going up to our room were so steep we had to walk sideways. The rooms are sectioned off by basically a sliding closet type door so you can essentially see into the next persons room. We payed for 3 nights, we didn't even try to get our money back. We left and stayed a night at sunlight hotel, and then stayed a few nights at Bella Villa (which I would highly recommend)

Very beautiful and a real experience! We were there for a week. Highly recommend it!

We stayed at this air BnB for 5 nights total. We had so many issues here. Go to a backpackers instead and save your money. 1. "Private bathroom" advertised was a shared bathroom out in the living area. We asked where our private bathroom was and they apologized and made up a new room for us. However when we went to see the new room it was a room in the staff quarters with windows completely up against a fence, and an air-conditioner that was so loud we decided to stay in a room with working windows. 2. They offered to book a tour for us but charged us 1800php each instead of the 1500php everyone else on the tour paid. When we complained to the desk they initially denied overcharging us then gave us 400php back. Not the total 600 owed!!! 3. The lock on the door was broken from day one with a screw missing. Making it very difficult to lock. Front desk said they'd fix it. Never eventuated. 4. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear every single word and noise coming from the rooms around and above you. We are both shift workers and I thought I could sleep through the world ending but I couldn't handle this Inn. They're so thin the light shines through them... 5. No servicing of the room or bathroom. No change of sheets even when I asked after 3 nights of no air-conditioner due to power outages and no generator like the rest of the local accomodations around us. Soap in bathroom the whole time was at empty. Had to ask 4 times for toilet paper for our bathroom. No hand towel. Even worse still when I contacted the owner Jaycee about our concerns he ignored the message. There were a few good things about this place, the view was nice and and breakfast was yummy. Some of the staff seemed to want to help. Overall it's the worst Airbnb we've stayed in and I'm not sure how it has such amazing reviews.
