rude and totally unprofessional customer service. i went there for a low pressure hose and had to force the attention of the guy who was probably knowledgeable. he then proceeded to tell me he was working on important email which i guess is more important than a walk in customer. there were also two ladies who tried to some extent but also were clearly not motivated to make a sale. would not bother to waste my time returning to this shop. my guess is they are a local supplier to other shops and could care less about walk in customers. would give them negative stars if that was an option.
