If you are in island hoping in coron area, you will must visit here.. its a lake surrounded by rock formation. reaching here is bit hard because you need to climb and go down a through a peak.. but once you are in this peak, this is the most beautiful peak in that region. you will get a mind blowing view from there.. if you not visit this area in your visit to Philippines, then your trip is unfinished...

It is only a short walk up (and down) some steep stairs to a nice lake. The seating is limited so ask your boat captain if you can stop in an off peak time. The small needle nose fish are quite brave and follow you around. We would have appreciated it more if it was our 1st day tour in Palawan and if it wasn't so busy.

Postcard perfect spot. The picture that usually pops up when looking up this place online isn’t of the lake itself but of the cove where boats dock to drop off tourists visiting the lake. The lake itself is accessible by a short hike up and down a stairway carved into the limestone, with a lookout point at the midway point where tourists can get their “signature” photo of Coron taken. The lake can get crowded and you’ll be swimming with lots of tourists and also with schools of local swordfish.

Accessible by a steep 10-minute climb, the crystal-clear waters of Lake Kayangan are nestled into the mountain walls; underwater is like a moonscape. There’s a little wooden walkway and platform to stash your things if you go for a swim. Don’t expect privacy or quiet, though, as the lake, an Instagram favorite, is overwhelmed by the cellphone-wielding masses during peak hours. To avoid the crowds you'll need to visit on a private tour early in the morning or late in the afternoon. - lonely planet

This review applies for when you come in the morning before all the crowds arrive. Come much later than 9am and you will probably be swimming in sea of life vests. Wonderful views and great scenery. Water is beautiful to swim in.
