No nonsense hotel. It's pretty bare bones. Rooms are small, but not cramped. Bathrooms are just right. The coffee shop is located off-site, but serves buffet breakfast. The main draw would probably be their function rooms.

It’s where most comm dev, NGO workers, and business people stay whenever in Cotabato. It’s also within the city proper which is near to top public places like city hall, malls, coffee shops, etc.

Pros: staffs/personnel inside the hotel are friendly, approachable, and accomodating hallway and lobby are clean. Lobby area provides cool air temperature. Hotel room is clean. Breakfast buffet is great. Good ventilation for the cr. Ebrahim Convention hall provides cool airconditioning system. Parking area is very wide. Cons: Inside the room toilet,the water flow rate and water pressure are very low. Do not use the toilet rooms outside the buffet area. The smell of the toilet room adjacent to the buffet area is very bad. Care takers should regularly clean the restrooms. Inside the buffet area, the mezanine floor should have a cover to avoid floor dust particle to fall at the dining table at the first floor. Overall, the place was great,peaceful, clean sureoundings, friendly staff, good food.

Wide open spaces and great food makes this place a go to for your events.
