The service is up to par, not good not bad. Our issue here really is the fact that the water woouldn't reach the second floor's faucets after 8 am. But the staff? They're the best. First of all, they are very attentive. Guards make sure that regulations in the entity are followed. The flow of the customers are smooth because of them. The transaction at the counter is also very swift and precise, especially if the customer' objective is to only pay for their water bill. Another thing is the fact that they monitor your water properly, like when the time our bill bloated from ~500s to ~2000s, a team on their premises (those employees who gives water bill monthly) inquire us about our issue as to why our account balance suddenly inflated. Overall, Water District isn't slow or isn't a bad quality for water provider, they cannot just keep up by some customers' demands. They're not machines, they just provide services with their resources available.

Looking from the outside (and still not finished), you can all ready tell that they put a large amount of effort in making the place sophisticated and elegant. Kudos!
