Great Filipino food! There were a lot of customers so we were advised that orders will take time. But it's all worth the wait! Will definitely come back

Good food and good customer service. Serving time may take a while though but it was worth it. The dining area is bare and could use some homey theme to up the vibe. It has huge parking space. Nice place to dine.

The food is good but the preparation for the food took long. We waited almost 2hours before we are able to have our lunch.

Good food but not so good in customer service

1 star... at least for the ambiance, and their semi-clean bathroom stall with watered down handsoap that doesn't even sud up. Other than that, I would've given no stars at all. The service was really bad. Yes, we were advised that the waiting time could take an hour or so. But we didn't think that also meant having to wait for our tables to be bussed, and our iced tea and water to be served, all of which our mother had to do by herself. We have been patiently waiting, noting that we came towards the end of lunch time rush. But after more than an hour and a half, and only less than 10 tables to be served, our orders were still nowhere near our table. We tried following up our orders multiple times, and even that was so difficult to do with their poor customer service. The servers just smirk or shake their heads, not just at our requests but I've been observing them treat other customers the same way. 2 other tables beside us were fuming as well, as they have been waiting longer than we have. My family decided to leave and cancel our orders, as we had 3 seniors (1 who is also a PWD), with us. If you are hungry and within the area, I suggest to just continue driving along TPLEX, you may reach the pitstops and restaurants faster than they serve your orders.
