Customer Service is very frustrating, I bought a new unit of Honda motorcycle in CASH yet they keep delaying my documents that until now(more than three months already) I still dont havr my plate nmber and original OR/CR. They cant even provide a temporary “For Registration” plate that they needed to call their Dumaguete Branch to provide one for me. A certain Jelyn Salatandre from DES Jakosalem emailed me a pdf file of my OR/CR, so I told DES Bais manager about it and requested to make a plate number for me but he said to wait because they will order it by volumes. According to Japin, their plate maker here in Bais it will only take for two hours to make it. I am already desperate and frustrated of getting mg documents and plate number coz the law enforcers is already strict about documents yet here they are delaying everything. So frustrating and traumatic.

I'm confused if Du Ek Sam is an arab or a chinese name. Call me racist but that's the way it is.
