This is a beautiful hotel with very accommodating staff. The mattress and bed linens are fresh and new and the room is comfortable. They have ample parking both in the front and in the back. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Restaurant: Ordered shrimp tempura for 600 bucks, order was served not with the usual tempura sauce but with toyo and calamansi sauce. The actual tempura still included the shrimp head and shell. Not very delightful! After complaining to the staff, I requested to talk to the chef. Chef was very apologetic and stated that another staff cooked the supposed tempura and not him. Order was replaced but damage has been done. And yeah, they don't have chopsticks either! Hotel: Reservation was done by my colleague, it was acknowledged by the staff or whoever was using their company phone at the time. Upon checking in, FO says that there wasn't any reservation under my name. Took the available room anyway. Room is subpar for the price range, no table. Toiletries were missing and had to request from the staff. Table request (for laptop) was granted eventually.

Checked in at la jenns annex with 2 kids because its a bit cheaper but unhappy to find that there's no hot water in the shower and the exit door to the balcony cannot be locked from inside or the door lock is out of order. No more next time thats it.

Just visited their coffee shop. Coffee selections are great. Tried the hot chocolate. The place is dim not well-litted. Not good for a reading place, but for a conversation and chit chat will do.
