The place is clean and nice for backpackers. Only one concern, the light inside the room is not sufficient. Even in daytime, the room is really dark. Suggest to replace the light with more bright white lights.

Never again. The owner of this place is a very arrogant person trying to rip of tourists for money. His behaviour is arrogant and rude, also some of his employees. This place treats guests awfull. You do not feel safe there neither happy. This place policy is disgusting - they will wait until some part in the room, for example a handle, wears out and if it stays in your hand when you try to open the door, they will charge you a stupid amount of money and say you broke it. Stay away from this place. The ladies are pretty kind. Learn how to treat people and guests Mr. Boss, cheers.

Staff and ate the owner were very accommodating and so polite. One Casa in a three storey building has quite a room that is so spacious to accommodate a family which is nearbto the roofdeck over looking the beach (which is a walking distance) and a single room with a big bed. The accommodation goes with a free breakfast and a hassle fre tour. A weary less tour since theyll do it for you(If the guests havent arranged whale watching and Sumilon island trip) with a pick up ajd drop off car service. The other casa is a big house with 6 rooms or more if i'm not mistaken. A choice of aircon and non aircon(with. Eiling fan) a commodation. Its perfect for a barkada or a family stay. Also gets the same service as to the other casa . An assistance courtesy fromof a staff from the other casa. It has its a sala, terrace and gated with fence. How swcure is tour atay?I reco with two thumbs up.

Very unsatisfied with this place / staff... Boss wanted us to pay for damage that we weren't responsible for. For the first time said 1500 PHP for piece of plastic, after while he said he's okay with 500 PHP. This accommodation is a joke highly not recommended. Boss is cocky and very brassy. I feel so sorry for girls working there--they were very friendly and nice to us.

Upon arrival, at 10pm, we were promptly told there were only private rooms left. This would cost over 2000pp. Lucky I had looked up dorm beds (425pp) online and knew they were available. A hostel is suppoed to be somewhere you feel safe away from theft, away from scams and this place failed in providing this feeling. Using fear of finding alternative accommodation late at night for profit is poor behaviour. There were ants everywhere in the room and the bed was so wobbly it felt unsafe. We were told the ferry was at 10am and even though I asked if there were other times, I wasn't given any more information. We found the ferries went every hour. Nb I have been to 47 countries over 3 years. This is in the bottom 10%. Stay elsewhere imo The breakfast with coffee, and towel and soap, were free so that's a plus.
