Typical SM cinema, just sufficient. Ok cleanliness, ok seats, gets chaotic during movie openings because theres not much space outside to queue properly.

Horrible service, I ordered a drink and asked for two straws.they said we ran out. I said OK, give me a small cup instead. They wouldn't. That was a bad start. But mainly what made is really bad was that the seating was all in a far corner where you can't see the screen very well. I am guessing they don't want people to make the middle seat dirty but when you pay premium you should expect premium service not this horrible shuddy service. I will never pay I dime for this. Go somewhere else with better service if you want a movie experience.

The staff is accommodating. They have their a waiting chairs outside cinema. The foods are affordable.

Aircon is way to low to enjoy a movie. I'm sweating inside a cinema at this moment. Service is slow. 3 people serving food. 1 serving clients. They served 1 bottle of water while over 20 people are in queue. Service is terrible to get tickets. Cinema needs to improve. Especially with service. We nearly left for vista cinemas. We still might.
