Idiotic organization of regional vans. The vans are all lined up in a row, but passengers are not required to go the front van. They just scatter to any van going to the same destination, and you end up with a lot of half full vans waiting for additional passengers. But it takes forever. Not sure why the city government doesn’t step in and fix this instead of allowing competition for vans all offering the same service and going to the same place.
