A comprehensive private museum on the history and culture of Capiz province, run by a foundation. Very impressive collection of ethnological and archaeological exhibits, at a well-maintained spot in the heart of Roxas City.

I just felt they can put more stories there. But it's amazing to think that the museum itself is water tank before!!

Good things: (a)Free Entrance (b)Security on duty is very accommodating. To Improve: (a) Should improve marketing to attract more visitors (b) I hope it was larger to accommodate more artifacts or gallery pieces.
