With my eagerness to try whats with in this airline for the first time, it was worst than Cebu. My departure supposedly by 615 was change to 920 and later on adjusted to 840. I gave 1 star for my worst expectation and approximately 3hrs delayed departure, 3 star for free foods and 4 star for free check-in baggage compare to Cebu that you have to pay it.

One of the receptionists was very unbecoming. Our flight which was originally scheduled at 7am got rescheduled to 10am unforeseen circumstances(I guess). We, as passengers, of course would understand. Our flight got further delayed for another hour because of air traffic. We got delighted when our aircraft arrived at around 11 am.. We waited for another hour because as announced in the intercom, the plane had to secure a certificate. At ariund 12:30pm, we were announced to be boarded. Upon boarding, another announcement broke our hearts because we needed to deplane for security reasons. So, again, we unboarded/deplaned ourselves and went back to our respective seats inside the airport waiting area. We were so anxious when at around 1pm, the intercom announced that our flight got cancelled. We were adviced to go to the receiving area where we secure our boarding passes to be briefed by the supervisor on what options we should take. She was composed and very well mannered even with all the frustrated passengers surrounding her. I asked if I could move my flight because I had to process my papers during office hours and she obliged. It was announced that the receptionist will be assisting us with regard to our options. I asked the receptionist nicely if I could move my scheduled return ticket on Sunday at 5am to monday in the afternoon or evening because I had to process my papers during office hours. She told me (with all the frustration in her face) that I should have gone to another department to have my flight rescheduled. I frustratingly told her that I was adviced by a personnel that I should fall in line so I fell in line and I waited for an hour just to be told that I should have fone to another department. I She unapologetically told me that there is no chance for me to change my return ticket because the cancelled flight was only for today. She was "bastos" very rude to me. I argued that I booked my flight today specifically at 7am because I had to process my papers during office hours and that the cancellation of our flight was not due to a fortuitous event. Moreover, my flight on Sunday is around 5am because I had to go to work by monday. The delay and cancellation of the day's flight caused me a lot of stress and money because I had to be absent from work. This is the only day I was permitted by our boss to be absent. She retorted that the airline's liability is only with regard today's flight. So I mustered all my strength and asked her if I could talk to the supervisor as she was the one who told me that I could move my flight. She instructed me to wait because she will be the one to talk to her supervisor. So I waited. They made we wait for another hour. I had mixed emotions during the day. You see, I woke up at around 4:30 in the morning to prepare for a 7am flight only to know that my flight got delayed to 10am and then it got cancelled due to maintenance failure. It's the airline company's fault because they failed to provide for the proper maintenance and care of their aircrafts. The plane's problem was that the tire was defective they had a spare but the airport didn't have a mechanic. They had to import from kalibo. So whose fault is it?
