Staff was very accomodating including the owners. I went there at closing time and they still welcomed me. Would come back if it was near to my place.

The staff and owner was so nice, you wouldn't feel the Time pass. The price is also reasonable, I would recommend and comeback to this salon!

This review is for the Rahman branch not the Mandaue branch. Very bad customer service. My cousin booked an appointment for 3pm but I came in an hour early or so. When I arrived I asked if I could be served even if my appointment was for 3pm and was given a positive reply, yet I was left waiting for over an hour after arriving and making myself known to the staff. At no point did anyone update me on what was occurring or how much longer the wait would be. I felt like I was entirely forgotten about. The one star is for them offering me water or coffee initially. But it was truly horrible customer service.
