Ambience, wifi and coffee are okay. But if they could have provided a comfort room or restroom, It could have been better. Currently, if you want to pee, you need to go out from the shop.

Best place to study and chill in JMall. I love their coffee especially the white macchiato; definetely my fave! They also have a strong wifi connection. Plus, the ambiane is relaxing and cute. Staff are very accomodating. I high reccommend this place. :)

Buyer Beware: We stopped by here to have some of our favoriteKorean dessert but unfortunately this place doesn't know how to make it. All the fruit they served us was frozen and crystallized so we couldnt even eat it. It was a total waiste of money and time. I hope they read this and start serving fresh fruit as it should be. It was a cute place inside. Very clean and spacious but we came here to enjoy the dessert. NOTE: If you decide to come here make sure you Observe your order to make sure the fruit is fresh cut and not frozen before paying for it and make sure it's what you ordered.

Customer service is a key component in a business and the cashier(short girl with black hair) this morning was frowning the entire time I was there. The management should make their staff understand how important courtesy is. No wonder the place doesn't have a lot of customers unlike other coffe shops & if I can only give a ZERO rating then I would.

Ingjeolsum ice cream was okay but beautiful, cozy ambience. It was perfect for the hot day
