Interesting history. Love their Pancho (bread) and best to eat when it's freshly baked. Wished they serve coffee though.

Historical bakery in a nondescript alley that opened during the 1940s. Buho means hole. The bakery peddles their bread thru a hole in the wall when they open at 5am until 7am. That's when they fully open their doors and the whole place to the public. Love their pancho bread.
