Had done a hair coloring session. I requested a particular color for my hair. The middle aged lady took so long to assist me. I spent 5 hours and at the end of the day, the color of my hair never changed. It was so painful and that was the worst service I've gotten. She told me to come back for another session but since I was so busy and it is already a hassle for me, I did not even bother to come back. My 1000 was wasted. No actions from the owner since I reported this. She just asked the name of the one who assisted me and that's it, never made an action. Worst ever.

Poor service with warm ambiance (busted air-conditioning) They've been having their ongoing promotion however failed to schedule their appointments promptly. Customers keep pouring in and with limited seats and poor air conditioning it was definitely not a delightful wait. Availed the rebonding services however to my dismay, noticed a huge chunk of hair was "accidentally" cut short especially near the scalp/roots probably due to the very hot hair straightener. Please train your hairstylist or replace your hair straighteners. Would not recommend anyone going here for rebonding especially since the hairstylist did not bother to even disclose that there was a major mistake done. Forget this place and don't be tempted with the promo 🙄🙄 Please be honest next time. Too tired to even bother to argue with this kind of establishment

Offering a great services with a very affordable price range, they offer combo packages, from facial care, hair care, nail as well. I was able to experience 2 of their services the hair wax and Korean BB glow, and I super love it, I've made a video out of 2 visits and I can really tell the difference and the improvement it brought to my skin for a very affordable price.
