The staff that answered my call needs customer service training. She cut me off and placed me on hold without even telling me. They should train their staff to show a little care.

Staff are amazing and courteous. Usually accomodations are full and would sometimes require a phone call to check availability of private rooms. ED (Emergency Department) has a quick and efficient triage system. Patients are assessed and apprised of possible options.

Traveled from Kalibo to Iloilo for an 8:00 am MRI. After waiting 30 minutes I was told the MRI is not working and they would call me after 12:00 pm. Moral of the story... go to Manila if it’s feasible.

The place has an Accessible location👍 But the service is not that great. The cleaning service is not trained well, they didn't clean the restroom properly. Nurses are too busy on their phone.
