The staffs are accommodating also the security guard is approachable ,rooms are big but cleanliness has to improve the toilet bowl is dirty has stains LOTS they can use bleach ,also the sink has algae already ,mirrors has smudges , the aircon has leak, dim light is flickering when turned off, wifi is above average, the tv channels are blurr ,,lots of things to improve.,. I choose this hotel coz its close to my appointment , hope they can read this for their improvement..

We booked a standard room and of course we expected a regular room. We arrived and the room is clean with 2 beds and 1 bathroom. However, after 10 mins, we discovered that the water is dripping from the pipes under the lavatory. We called for assistance and was advised that it will be fixed the next day, so it means we will have to deal with it the whole time we are there. It was manageable at first but it came to a point that the water was scattered to the bed room floor since we go back and forth from the toilet due to we are preparing our selves for an event. The white towel they put as the rag can't hold the water. We had to call for a housekeeping assistance to mop the floor. The room is outdated and though bathroom is clean but it doesn't feel like you are in a hotel. It was a plus though that staff were accomodating. And I heard they were having renovations, I hope they will do it to all the rooms.

Nice hotel. You get a nice room for half the price. Everything is accessible, it's right in the city center.

Stayed in this old yet elegant hotel. Very accommodating

It was a great experience during our review in this hotel. The staff are very accomodating. You can really enjoy and feel safe while in the hotel. It is also near at 7/11 store wherein it is very convenient for you to buy some basic needs. ❤
