Has three names: Avanceña Ancestral House, Camina Balay Nga Bato, & Lola Rufina Heritage Curio Shop. P150 per pax package includes an introductory five minute video. A short talk of the in house guide that needs details and louder voice especially there was a person buffing the table during the tour. After the very short talk, a cocoa drink will be served, and thats it. It was not even explained why it was called the "balay nga bato" (stone house). We presumed it was the only stone house existing during that time(?). A lot of historical & collectors' item antiques. Other artifacts was not explained well. It could have been better if printed materials can be read per item as the tour guide has (maybe) limited experience & study/research of each item displayed. Black rice, plants, and other materials are for sale. Entrance to the site can be missed because of limited markings. Parking lot is available inside (no signage too).
