The Iloilo Convention Center (ICON) was completed in 2015 for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Meetings with a maximum capacity of 3,700 seats. It was the catalyst for the growth of the local MICE tourism. The convention center also hosted the 2017 Association of Southeast Asian Nations Meeting. Great place to hold conventions. It's near hotels, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping centers. If you are coming from other cities by plane it is a few miles away from the airport. Very convenient location. Down side is their parking area. It can only accommodate less than a hundred vehicles. You'll have to park your car on the road.
