This hotel understands the word, "SERVICE." From the warm greeting at the front desk, to the well cared for room, to the security guards at the elevators to the restaurant staff, EVERYONE here is about making your trip great. The breakfast buffet is TOP NOTCH and a real value added to this room!

My visit was to take dinner buffet at their restaurant. Food is above average but not spectacular for me to rate it 5 stars. I like the Carving Station that was serving Turkey as part of their Thanksgiving event. The salad area is ok and I like the baked shellfish. No cheeses though or cold cuts 😂! The dessert table offers variety of pastries for those with sweet toothsome like me. The table for the main meal us just average in my personal opinion. The service is great with friendly staff including those at the Carving Station.

Good service, cleanliness. Good staff too. The only downside, it doesn't have a smoking area. Bad hotel. Unlike other hotels like Del Rio, they have one inside their own premises.

Always clean, accommodating except if you do events here. They would not help you market and will give all kinds of excuse even if you've talk already about the marketing arrangement. I prefer Amigo.
