Bulul Brewery

Got the tour but no samples or sales unless you pre-book. Had the beer at a restaurant and it's great!

A shinning beacon of what Filipino Craft Beer can be and should be. Many others strive to make decent beers (and I hope they improve!), but have a rough time with bottling and distribution (Moving beers at location problem?) which has lead to off tastes and over carbonated beers. I have not had a bad Bulul beer yet. Currently drinking a Vanilla Bourbon Stout at Tap Station in BGC, and it is so good that I am taking time to edit my drunken review. Expect world class beer from this brewery. Excited to see what the come out with next!
