An absolute liar I tried to claim my rewards for the one piece fried chicken with their rewards program but the staff told me that it’s now phased out to my surprise. The voucher I was using will expire on March 28, 2020. This is like saying 7-eleven is giving away useless vouchers. What a shame. Knowing that this is an ABSOLUTE LIE I went to a 7-eleven Caltex branch at A. S. Fortuna Banilad Cebu and voila I was able to claim it there. What a shame. I’ve made am official complaint against this branch. I hope actions will be done.

Store is generally ok, but I do not like the crowd that hangs out here

They only have one option for cityblend coffee: brewed coffee. It's sad.

I bought 22oz pineapple juice. as what is stated price in front with dispenser it cause 31 pesos. But when the price is at the counter the price of POS is 36 pesos which is 32oz. I asked the crew why my 36 pesos was 22 oz. I told the crew that the jud is as good as the POS. So I told you that if it's the state of the POS then remove the print price with the dispenser for Misleading too. I asked the crew who would be able to talk with regards that matter as per to him did not have immediate superiors during the weekend. I only told the complaint on the page at 7/11 maam. Then i asked the guard at the 7/11 page but instead answered the guard gpaksi the price of the item on the dispenser.Hope could address the concern for the crew if the customer would complain about the matter customer's money is just for the said item. who is there?
