We have been coming back here for awhile since the service was great. Now since they changed management my room is so far from the front service. I’m disabled and on a wheelchair. They couldn’t accommodate us and put us far from the lobby. On top of that if someone was to call us I would have to literally go to the front office since they can’t somehow connect calls. For someone that is amputated I was hoping they made an exception and that my family always comes back here. Just not very accommodating for an elderly and amputated/disabled man.

Very nice stay. We were here for my niece's wedding. Comfortable rooms and great amenities! We really enjoyed it. The staff was excellent, nice, and courteous.

Nice place and decently priced. We stayed at the Premiere Room with a king size bed and a large room. Staff were attentive and courteous.

It's kinda old. Facilities must be improved. Jacuzzi and wave pool is not functioning anymore. Rooms/walls must be repainted etc. Etc. However, the staff are very polite and the service is fast. Kudos to the staff.
