Its the moment that count not a cozy place nor the laxurious.. Simple place as this may also the place of joy, pure love and bond time with the whole family
Room 4 key is lost, billiards and pingpong things are defective, videoke push keys defective

Number one pro is the price. Affordable and sobrang sulit for a large group.
Second, both phases are very spacious. Surprisingly, there is enough room for everyone. Each room is airconditioned and has its own Toilet and bath. Big plus is a covered basketball court, that you can use as a big event venue too. Billiards and PingPong are available too. Plenty of outdoor seating areas and sinks. Ample parking for guests. Separate outdoor kitchen is well ventilated and with screened windows and doors (but will need to bring your own cookwares and utensils). Staff service is okay.
Third, pools are clean and enticing.
As the cons, needs more improvement in terms of maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms. Cob webs are starting to build up. No toiletries. Videoke machine sound is busted. Sayang, di kami naka kanta ng marami unlike the other guests in phase 2.
