BEVERLY CARMODA Sarah Opaño Tue 16/10/2018, 2:57 I had an encounter with one of your Pharmacist named Beverly Carmoda today 10/16/18 around 9:30 PM(Cebu IT PARK Skyrise 1 ).. I had an allergy and was looking for an alternative oinment.i forgot the name of the ointment ive bought before so i ask her if she can look it up for me. She said they don't have anything available aside from " calmoseptine " and an antibiotic that can't be given with a Doctors prescription . She didn't even try to check in the system if there's anything she can recommend. I went to your website to check products for my allergy on my own and made a list that includes "Dermovate " which is exactly what i am looking for, so i went back to the store and been assisted with another Pharmacist there she was able to give me what i need. However , i still don't understand why this "Beverly Carmoda" wasn't able to assist me. I ask her and SHE WAS VERY RUDE? Is that how she handle her customers? these are the reasons she gave that i barely hear because she was shouting. 1 . she cant give the item because the customer / patient cant give specific brand . 2. Shes afraid of recommending other products because if something happens it might taken against her.3.not all OTC products are safe . kindly try to check CCTV so that you can see how rude she was to me. I would like to personally talk to this Pharmacist ASAP in your main office if that is possible .if she assisted me nicely i would have let this go , but she lacks customer service training and maybe she needs further training on how to do her job well. i would be happy to make an appointment anytime to meet with you for this matter . Hope you can do something about this complain. I will also try to call your main office by tomorrow.
