Very poor customer service. The massage therapist is good and outstanding BUT we talked very unprofessionally for the 2nd time we hope papa home service, hopefully you are not the owner. We didn't confirm since it was a bit pricey but they were still angry about their therapist's trip, sometimes you have to wait for confirmation first, then when you don't continue to get angry. Not sure what just happened but you still feel like you are the victim, we suddenly canceled, E NO CONFIRMATION E, then you send screenshots of conversations on the messenger you do not show those messages you release, so one sided !! Is that how to treat your customer just by commenting a little bit pricey and just rescheduling ??? You need more training on how to communicate with your customers, we are very happy, you just don't know how to talk 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Their therapist is good. The owner is very smart. They prioritize their customers. There was a slight delay in our scheduled appointment, but we were surprised to compensate for the inconvenience the owner gave us free footspa. Thanks!
