AMBIENCE They seemed to have two big rooms for dining areas and we were guided to take the empty one. Air conditioning was turned on for our convenience but we had to have it adjusted in anticipation of food possibly getting cold quickly. All seats were Tiffany chairs and our room had a stage or platform about 1.5 feet high and a white screen for audio-video presentations. FOOD Beef Bulalo was tasty and meat was tender but there was something off about the corn, like it wasn't that fresh. I wish I had more meat but we were sharing for a crowd of ten with only one order. Buffalo Wings had a strong, tangy, saucy and tasty flavor while Chicken Lollipops had to be reheated because they were slightly raw near the bone. SERVICE Kim was mostly our server and he did his best to accommodate all our requests along with his co-workers. Our first serving of Chicken Lollipops was reheated successfully (even replaced as well) but when they said yes to reheat other foods for takeaway, kitchen was unfortunately closed already. It was nice, though, that they made the gesture of bringing the leftovers to our villa. Heartbreaking experience I felt was that after nearly everything was served, we asked and found out they forgot to cook the Inihaw na Liempo. After another question, they also said the cooking time was long. This just shut off my mood despite their kindness and efforts because no other option was presented. It's either we ordered and waited long or cancelled. In consideration of my companions, who were pretty much satiated already, I painstakingly but half-heartedly said to cancel. And I find this experience hard to forgive because this order was listed on my phone without shortcuts in spelling, and I gave my phone to help them jot down orders for their convenience; I did my best to help make people's work easier. We received apologies but no service recovery was offered for the liempo.

LOCATION: San Rafael River Adventure's In-House Restaurant. Pagpasok mo ng Resort, ito agad ang bubungad. FOODS: Foods are affordable, I liked the Pork Sisig and Adobo as well. Masarap din yung Silogmeals nila, favorite ko yung Tapa! They serve different filipino dish and desserts. AMBIANCE: Loved the Rustic Ambiance of the place! PEOPLE: Staffs are very accommodating. Kudos to their Buttlers!
