Supermarket Audit for Red Camia 1. Extremely long lines, long lines should be a que to open other counters. 2. Incomplete SKU's 3. Incomplete shelftags 4. Merchandisers are usually on "lugaw mode" chatting. 5. Should not be doing cleaning and mopping during operation hours unless there is a huge spill that will endanger customers. 6. Selling Area is not well planned; too much vacant space on entrance and congested on the check out lines cannot practice social distancing. 7. Some sku's by 10's are not taped or packed that will affect inventory accuracy. 8. Shelves are not well packed. 9. No Store Officers on floor. 10. Merchandisers are not too helpful.
