employees are so accommodating, especially at the Rehab Center where I had my PT treatment sessions...👍👍👍...I love their recreational Zen garden facility which is available for visitors and patients of the hospital for them to bond, enjoy and relax...❤️

First off, I would like to send my regards to the nurses that took care of me when I was undergoing operation. The facility was welcoming, the bedsheets were clean, the service was excellent, and the extra mile provided to me by the staff was laudable. They also have various stalls which I did enjoy while I was waiting for my turn, it was peaceful enough for me to calm down while I was having a nervous mental breakdowns due to fear. In conclusion, Chong Hua Hospital has not only followed their protocols in providing their patients medical attention, they're also commendable by providing them the mental and emotional care that a patient really needs, especially if they don't have someone to lend an ear or give a pat in the back for their traumatic experience with an illness.

At Chong Hua the service is really bad. Doctors not looking for the well being of the patients, they only looking to make money! Appointment made from Doctors is torture for every patient, because it will be just not followed from the Doctor side.

They are one of most advanced hospital Cebu but services are terrible. I came here 9:00 am today and they said doctor will arrive appointment 11:00am, so I came back. I’m waiting 45 min but no show up. This is the quality of this hospital.

I have needed to visit Chong Hua a number of times, for consultations, Xrays CT scans related to spine and neck serious issues. In this respect I have been an in patient twice, (6 days each time) for spine surgery (Neck). My Orthopedic consultant/ surgeon is DR A Morales. He and his team at these operations were excellent. Every member of the team visited me pre and post op. The Nursing staff auxiliary teams were so caring polite and friendly. I have found this level of medical attention is rare or hard to find in the UK. Thank you Doctor and all your team and all of the Chong Hua Mandaue personnel.
